SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH WESTSIDE PICKLEBALL CLUB

1. General Scope of Sponsorship

• Sponsors will receive benefits based on the selected tier of sponsorship (e.g., Court, Corporate, Community and League/Tournament).

• All sponsorships are non-transferable and assigned to the original purchaser.

• Sponsors grant Westside Pickleball the right to use its name, logo and branding in connection with the selected tier of sponsorship

• Total sponsorship fee is dependent on the sponsorship tier selected by the sponsor (e.g. Court = $1,750; Corporate = $1,250; Community = $600; League/Tournament = $450)

• Sponsorship fees are due immediately upon agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Sponsors agree to abide by all club policies, waivers, and staff instructions.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All sponsorships are non-refundable.

 

3. Sponsorship Benefits

• Sponsorship benefits are determined by the selected tier. Each tier will have exclusive rights to one of each business type/industry and will not permit more than one of the same business type per tier.

a) Court Sponsor (1-year commitment, paid in advance)

• Exclusive branding rights for one court with signage (provided by Westside Pickleball), vinyl banner, 2.5' x 5' displayed on back wall of selected court

• Sponsor will have the final approval on banner layout and content must abide by Westside Code of Conduct

• Prominent logo in sponsor section of Westside Pickleball website homepage

• Social media recognition including sponsor profile and mentions

• Opportunity for presence at club events such as tournaments and socials

b) Corporate Sponsor (1-year commitment, paid in advance)

• Mid-size logo in sponsor section of Westside Pickleball website homepage

• Vinyl banner, 1.5' x 3' displayed on sponsorship wall

• Sponsor will have the final approval on banner layout and content must abide by Westside Code of Conduct

• Discounts for staff drop-ins and/or staff membership

• Opportunity for presence at club events such as tournaments and socials

c) Community Sponsor (1-year commitment, paid in advance)

• Logo in sponsor section of Westside Pickleball website homepage

• Opportunity for presence at club events such as tournaments and socials

• Social media mentions

d) League/Tournament Sponsor (paid in advance, per event)

• Branding on league or tournament t-shirts and signage

• Logo in event section of website 

• Social Media mentions

 

4. Obligations

• The Sponsor agrees to provide promotional materials by requested deadlines

• The Sponsor agrees to comply with all Westside Pickleball rules and regulations and the code of conduct. 

• The Sponsor will provide high resolution versions of its logo and other branding by requested deadlines.

 

5. Code of Conduct:

• Members, guests, and staff are expected to uphold a respectful and inclusive environment.

• Treat everyone with respect and abide by fair play.

• Follow game rules, instructions from staff, instructors, and tournament directors.

• Use appropriate footwear and keep courts clean and clear of non-play items

• Verbal abuse, aggressive conduct, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Term

• PRE-OPENING AGREEMENT: If this agreement is confirmed prior to the official opening date of Westside Pickleball (est. January 15, 2026), the 1-year term will begin on the official open date for 365 days and will terminate one year from that date.

• POST-OPENING AGREEMENT: If this agreement is confirmed after the official opening date, it is effective for 1-year from acceptance of this agreement for 365 days and will terminate one year from the effective date.

 

7. Use of Intellectual Property

• The Sponsor grants Westside Pickleball a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Sponsor's trademarks, logos, and any other intellectual
  property solely for the purpose of promoting and executing the sponsored event/project.

• All intellectual property provided by the Sponsor remains the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor. Westside Pickleball acknowledges that they have no claim or ownership over such intellectual property.

• Upon the termination of this agreement, Westside Pickleball agrees to cease use of and/or destroy all materials containing the Sponsor's intellectual property.

 

8. Sponsorship Suspension or Termination

Westside Pickleball reserves the right to suspend or revoke any sponsorship for:

• Repeated rule violations

• Abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior

• Failure to follow staff instructions

• Damage to club property

 

9. Photo & Video Consent

By entering Westside Pickleball, you consent to being photographed or filmed for:

• Club promotions

• Social media content

• Event and tournament coverage

To opt out, written notice must be provided to management in advance.

 

10. Payment Defaults

Unresolved payment issues:

• Must be resolved before sponsorship benefits are fulfilled.

• Will result in cancellation of the sponsorship agreement.

 

11. Club Closure & Force Majeure

In case of forced closure (e.g., fire, flood, government mandate):

• Sponsorship terms may be paused and resumed upon reopening

• Refunds are not guaranteed for closure-related disruptions

 

12. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected through the website or onsite is strictly used for:​

• Payment processing

• Club communication

Data is never sold or shared for third-party marketing. Members may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

 

13. Policy Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
